COMPRESSOR FORMAT FOR DV-NTSC THAT WAS ORIGINALLY VHS FORMAT

So far, I have digitized VHS footage into Final Cut Pro 7 using a Canopus ADVC 300 and it worked wonderfully. It is edited into a two hour film. Now I am ready to send it to Compressor. In Compressor, I see two settings that may fit best:

1) Under DVD formats --> "DVD Best Quality 120 Minutes with MPEG 2 with Dolby Digital Audio 192 Kbps"

or,

2) Under "Standard Formats --> DVD NTSC with 48kz Audio"

Taking into consideration it was digitized as DV NTSC with 48 kHz, which of these will produce better quality results on a DVD? Is one better than the other? Perhaps you suggest a better compressor format?

thanks
