C300 dailies - low res files with burn-in

Does anyone know of inexpensive software that can create low res QT or H264 files w/ burn-in from Canon C300 MXF files?

I am trying to create low res dailies for transcription - I used Proxy Mill when I worked with EX3 xdcam files, but Proxy Mill does not seem to support C300.

Wondering if anyone knows anything similar to Proxy Mill for the C300. Trying to avoid going through FCP.
