Need an Encoder for Live Streaming and Playing from Playlist - recommendations?

We need a Streaming Encoder that works -- for both live encoding and playlists.

We've tried using so many encoders?

Some don't have the ability to play from a playlist and some like webcammax eat up the CPU and don't work that well with flash encoder. Windows media encoder plays well for some time, then starts losing audio and eating up memory...

To date, we have not been able to find one which works well? We have tried Livestream, Wirecast, Manycam, Webcammax, Windows Media Encoder, Flash Encoder, Expression Encoder?

Any suggestions?
