how to configure an export to run properly in FCPX?

hi, I'm doing the color correction of my hd videos on premiere cs5, and want to know what export configuration has to have one of this file exports to run properly in FCPX. my original videos are in h264 (from a canon t3i), mostly 1920x1080, 30f.


For example.Can I do it directly with premiere or has to be a proress conversion with mpegstreamclip or cinema tools...?
