Can compressor export an MPEG with MP@ML profile & level setting

Hi

I need to export a sequence as an MPEG 2 with very particular settings for a client. I'm using Compressor and have managed to export the right frame size (720x576) and at the video correct video but rate (8Mbits/sec) and audio rate (256kbits/sec).

But they want the profile and level set to MP@ML.

Can Compressor do this?
