de-interlace setting
July 19, 2012 02:27PM
hi all,

as i'm getting tired of forever repeating the settings in the 'export with quicktime conversion' command in fcp, i'm switching to compressor. however, i can't find the de-interlace option. i'm using .mov format with h.264 codec. where's the check box in the settings??

thanks,
stefan

You can activate it by specifying Progressive in the Frame Controls section.

thanks jon!

and now that i see it's not just a check box but a choice of algorithms, there's more to learn!
