I have a Zoom Q2HD video recorder that I've never had a problem with in terms of using the files. However, today when I shot something and transferred it to my computer to play/work with, I can hear the audio but the picture is black. I can see the picture in the thumbnail and when I play it in-camera, it's there.

When I open it with MPEG Streamclip, I can see/hear it. However, when I try to export the file as Apple ProRes, I get the same thing - audio with black picture.

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!
