I would like to be able to apply filters to a group of clips simultaneously (when they are all getting the same treatment, naturally). Would save an enormous amount of hassle and time!

There are a lot of ways to do this.

1. Drag the filters into a bin in the Browser, forming a "filter pack". Select any clips in the timeline you want to apply them to and drag the whole bin onto them.

2. Copy the clip with the effects on it (APPLE-C). Select the group of clips to affect, OPTION-V (Paste Attributes). Check all parameters that apply.

3. Open the clip with the effects on it into the Viewer and go into the Filters tab. Go back to the timeline and select the clips you want to affect. Drag the filters from the Viewer onto the selected clips in the timeline.

4. For Motion settings, go into the Motion tab of the effected clip and press CONTROL-F (Make Favorite Motion), creating a Motion Path in the Effects - Favorites bin. Select the clips to affect and drag the Motion Path onto them.
