CURSOR LOOP

Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but wouldn't it be wonderful if we had the option for the cursor to loop around the screen? I work with a 30" screen and it is such a pain to grab tools from the tools palette. I can hotkey them, but it would nice to just be on the far end of the interface and just keep move the mouse slightly to the left (as opposed to jerking it all the way to the right side).

Pretty much everything in the tool palette can be accessed by shortcut keys. I don't think I click on the tool palette more than once per session, if at all.
