Edit @ 59.94 w all edits on even frames + More Intuitive Colour Coding

Ability to cut on 59.94 timelines but have all edits happen on even frames. This would prevent problems when transferring to 29.97 codecs and when punching in video on decks. Actually, having the option of the timeline counting in 29.97 timecode would work great.

Ability to color code entire video and audio tracks so that designating which tracks are just for text, Dialogue, VO, Music, SFX can be more intuitive and visual.
