Batch aux timecode modification

As I'm exploring interesting aspects of the duplicate frames feature, I would request a little more control over aux timecode setting.

When capturing tape formats, there are cases where each tape's timecode starts at 00:00:00:00.

When capturing or ingesting footage, it would be useful to create aux timecode by combining tape timecode with a reel number. This would work for reels 0 to 23. The as long as you don't record more than an hour on a tape, you could make sure all your footage has unique aux timecode.

It would be good to be able to select a group of clips and set the aux timecode in the same way - set the hour value to match a number value from another clip field.

If you don't need to recapture, you could set the 'real' timecode in the same way. Alternatively, batch capture could use the minutes, seconds and frames stored in the offline clips combined with a manually set value for hour (usually 0-1).
