Render Progress Bar in FCP app icon

when im doing a time intensive (several minutes or more) activity in photoshop, a progress bar appears in the finder-level "command+tab"/application switcher view. which is VERY handy for not actually having to enter the app to gauge its progress.

would be cool if FCP did that as well...
