"best decision" function

I would like a function like my iPhone Scrabble application. If I want to make my own decisions, I can. But, when I get stuck, I can just ask the application to calculate the best decision I can make.

Surely, by now, there is some sort of algorithm for this?

Wow. Yeah, I was kidding (home sick, bored), but that application is rad! I'm glad I asked!

The "Serendipity Algorithm"! When they figure out how to synergize that with a flux capacitor, we'll all be out of a job.

I'm thinking Mad Libs. I'm thinking there should be a whole YouTube movement around scrambling up your keywords and asking for really fast cuts. This could be hi-lar-ious. If it didn't cost $300, I would already be posting them.

Although, actually, their samples look quite good. I suppose they wouldn't post lousy results.
