Are there any projects/senerios where Final Cut X would be faster than FCP7?

DSLR (H.264) and AVCHD projects for file based delivery might be faster but keep in mind speed is influenced by your familiarity with FCPX. Personally I also find using Keywords Collections, Favorites, Smart Collections an easier faster way to organize than bins. I also think using the Skimmer is a very fast way to search through footage. I find trimming is faster than FCP7 as well.

Basically anything heavily audio related is kludgy though. Adding lots of audio crossfades, dealing with dual mono audio sources take way too many steps. No audio mixer also.
