Saving my Tracks(rolls) as a template

I will try to explain this as best I can.
I have set up my sequence audio rolls as Track 1 "Left" Track 2 "right" etc. for 12 tracks(Rolls of audio)
I have finished with that show and put in my next show, is there any way to have my sequence remember my audio (tracks) rolls renamed as "left" "right, etc.
I guess the basic question is there a way to have a template so that each time I lay a new clip into my sequence I have the audio (rolls) labeled as I need them?
