troubleshooting - again: FCPXML - LPX

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why XML files won't open in Logic? I am following the directions on all the very very simple how-to's, and it starts to look like it will then nothing shows up anywhere. The FCP audio editor is sort of limited so I thought I would try to give it a shot in LPX, but it won't open.

I can't find answers to SO many of the problems I run into online and it was recommended I try here, but I am starting to think nobody ever looks at this site. I'm losing my mind trying to TROUBLESHOOT the problems I run into at the very same time as learning a program that's new to me.

Please, is there somewhere I can get help, if this site is dead?
