Recommendation: Kevin P. McAuliffe's Cow tutorials

Hi folks,

Just a recommendation on those interested in trying FCP X. Watch Kevin P. McAuliffe's "FCPX - Kicking the Tires - Lesson 1" tutorial on Creative Cow. It goes into detail on how important understanding and setting the preferences are before using the program, especially for an experienced editor. I think a lot of gnashing of teeth (mine included) would lessen (but not eradicate) if people would do that before even opening the program.

There's also one on "Taking projects with you on the road," that helps understand what the program does with media. He has other's, but I didn't have time to see yet.
