Integrating GoPro into 23.98 footage

I just got a go pro hero2 and want to integrate the footage I will be shooting with it into canon 5dMarkII footage shot at NTSC 23.98. I'm wondering what frame rate I should use on the GoPro, since they still haven't released the 24 fps firmware (when will that be?) Should I shoot it with PAL which will give me 25fps? That looks like the closest...thanks!

PAL fps will be the best. If you got the old FCS you can use Cinema Tools to convert the playback rate, in case you won't do multicam.
Digital Rebellion also has tools to change the rate.
