Share to Youtube problems

Hi,

I am having trouble when I go to share a project to youtube within Final Cut ProX. It keeps getting stuck at 95% and then times out...Any advice on this?

this has happened to me before and what i've found is it's about how you compressed your file. what's worked for me is to compress out of X raw then drop in compressor with the 720p video sharing platform setting. no problems since i started doing it this way. in other words, the youtube setting in compressor doesn't seem to work.

I compress my movie and I do all the LAFCPUG meeting movies in either Compressor or Episode sometimes Adobe Media encoder and then open the YouTube page in Safari an open the upload video page and the drop in my file. I use a 1920 X 1080 .H264 file in most cases. Works great.
I was seeing your problem happen a lot to my customers trying to post to You Tube from iMovie not from FCPX but anything is possible.
