How to link the camera movement to the text layers so that they move together

Hey I've seen it done before in various commercials, and i've tried it frame by frame on a short clip, but is there a better/easier way to link the movement of the camera to text so that they move simultaneously? Shakes, bumps, and all?

Even though I haven't tried it, it should be possible with Motion (I do it with AE)
