Hmmm... 3rd party MXF support... I thought they were considering native support for more cameras.

Its been said from the beginning that Apple will rely on third parties for many of the "upgrades"

Anyone know why there is no Blu-ray in the new share menu? Thought it might be under DVD, but nothing there. I guess write a file but which one and use Toast.

Encode in Compressor and burn in Toast. Or use Adobe Encore.

Is it not in the Destinations ? The website shows it that way.
Edited:
I just installed FCPX 10.0.6 and in the share menu you can add a destination and choose BluRay then you have access to it.

You can burn in Compressor if you use the preset or setup a disc burn job action.

Could have thought I read a release from Apple said in the same vague manner in which do their releases and they mentioned about why it may be time to re-look the reliance of QT due to the proliferation of so many camera formats out there. I may have misconstrued the meaning due to the wording.

Having a problem here.

FCPX doesn't allow me to import movies over BlueTooth from my old cell phone even though it shows up as camera in the import window smiling smiley
