Make sound louder in Final Cut X

Hi,

I recorded in free conference call an interview. My voice was not loud enough due to a faulty headset.

In FinalCut I raised the audio bar as high as it goes, but it still needs to be louder.

Is there a way to make it even louder?

The other person's voice is fine.

A "Gain" plugin might do the trick. Your noise floor will also rise so you will have to do some EQ to compensate so that cutting between the two speakers is not so noticeable a difference in quality.
