Chapter Marker Output issues

I really like the Chapter Marker export feature that allows Quicktime to display/scroll by chapter markers, but my chapter markers seem to stop outputting at 74. Anyone else having this problem? I tried re-building the chapter markers, checked to make sure they are all chapter markers, not regular markers or notes…but no luck. In my case I need about 78 markers, but every time I try to output and then open it in Quicktime it only displays up to 74.

I have the latest, 10.1.2 Strange, the QT outputs fine, but no markers show up past 74.
