HOW to edit MXF files in FCP X ?

I have many sony mxf files about my little daughter. I want to edit them in fcP x?

How to get those mxf files work normally in fcp x without rendering time?

I search the solution on the Google, many people said the best solution is to encode MXF to fcp compatible format ProRes.

I tried many soft, but i don't know which one can do this well ?

Anyone can help me???

There is an MXF plugin from canon that you will need to install. Free to download.
