Hello all,
It's been a while since I've done some editing (final cut 7)

I'm learning FC X and want to be able to edit some 10 yr old XDCAM-EX footage.

I used to use Sony's XDCAM browser software to preview clips and sort etc.... and then import in FC7

Would the best solution now be to transpose the footage to ProRes or are there easier/better solutions that I should look at?
