I have a final cut show reel 4 mins long.

It's on my apple, but I don't have the ability to make M-PEG 2 files and I need some one to turn my show reel FCP file into a DVD studio pro file so I can burn a DVD, Today. 15- 30 minuet job.

Will pay good money, but need it today. I am in Studio city, but will travel.

Try using iDVD. The latest version of iDVD works very, very good! Not as good as a great compression artist as myself using Compressor and other app's, but iDVD looks very, very good (with the right settings). iDVD prior to version 4, did not looks so good, but now it's very good, and very easy to use!!!!

What is your budget?
