seeking motion graphics professional

I have a documentary that needs about 75 stills to be "motion-control" animated, using After Effects or Motion. Seeking a competent person to do the job. Project has been edited on FCP (NTSC DV 16x9 anamorphic). Salary commensurate with skill.
