HDV consulting

I need help with this project. It has three different formats DV, HDV720p and HDV1080i.

I am clearly having issues with those incapable formats. I am at the DVD stage and I need to know what I am doing wrong. Converted all files to HDV720p via compressor and still no luck.

I basically need someone's eyes on this deal and tell me what I am missing, either in compressor prefrences or dvdsp prefrences. Do I need a HDVD player or something? output to deck and bring back in?

I need Bruce but he does phone and email consulting and I am not confident with that. At this point I need someone up here.
