FCP and DVD studio job

Looking for a FCP editor for 2 cam edit plus author to DVDs. Must know NTSC to PAL conversion for DVDs deliverables. I am located in Marina Del Rey, the job can done onsite or at your home.

Edit on G5 dual 2.3 with 16 gigs of ram and a kona LH.
