Los Angeles Kings - FCP EDITOR

The Los Angeles Kings are currently seeking an editor to cut promos and features at our offices in El Segundo. Candidates should have experience editing highlight packages, hype pieces and should possess some broadcast experience. This is a great opportunity to get into the industry with a great organization while doing what you love. If you are a Kings fan or just a fan of the NHL, this is a fantastic opportunity to do what you love and get paid for it.

This is a night shift position, but the hours may be flexible.


Essential Duties:

?Include editing highlight packages.
?Editing mini features for broadcast and web.
?Shooting post-game interviews for turn-n-burn interviews
?Uploading video to web
?Outputting video to tape for broadcast


Minimum Requirements:

?Candidate must have broadcast editing experience
?Candidate must have knowledge of Outlook & Microsoft Word (must be computer literate).
?Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
?Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
?Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills.
?Candidates must have extensive knowledge of Final Cut
?Candidates should have a working knowledge of After Effects.
