Avid - Media Management Freelance work

We are looking for an assistant editor for a few weeks with Avid 6.5 skills and who knows media management at a high level.
We have 48 hours of interview footage for our documentary that needs to be tamed, logged and set up properly

We are a small production company and can pay a little cash up front each week and defer the other pay until we license out the documentary.
It would be great if you are a football fan.
