Easiest way to reproducing reframes from a higher resolution timeline?

If you did your reframes on a native 5k timeline, is there some calculation that could be applied to determine the exact number to digitally pan or tilt to reproduce it on a 2k or HD timeline.

For example lets say in the 5K timeline you scaled the image by 20% and panned it to the right by 100 pixels. Is there a way to accurately replicate it in HD timeline via a math formula of some kind so you can just plug in numbers instead of eye balling it?

I was just wondering about this same point.

I've got a 5k project and I started my first timeline at 5k RED, and then after reading around a bit thought I might have a more responsive system using a 1920X1080 RED timeline. Although the 1920 timeline doesn't seem to have offered an appreciable difference.

I might be able to just put the 5k timeline nested into a 1920X1080 timeline for export purposes.
