Match Move in Premiere using Red 5k footage

So the geniuses that started cutting the show I'm on now, didn't believe/understand an Offline/online workflow. So I'm cutting a feature in PP CC, in 5K.

I'm new to PP, is there a tutorial recommended for doing match-move and screen re-place. I'm tearing my hair out. AE is just kicking my ass, do I need to use Mocha too? Does everything need to be made something like ProRes or not r3d before AE can track it.

This is SOOOO easy in Avid or Motion.
