Instructions are on the link I posted earlier. Import preset in AME.
Yea, Adobe does not have built in ProRes presets as they do not own ProRes. You can create them yourself in AME, but downloading them from the Adobe webpage is certainly easier.
You can also create a ProRes sequence right in Premiere itself.

1. Download and Unzip desired preset packages
2. Launch AME
3. In Preset Browser panel, click on Import Presets button and select desired (extracted) presets
In the picture, button h:

What does the broadcaster actually want Troy? All my deliverable recently have been MXF Op1a, specifically requested by the station.

I used this in CS6 and it worked fine.
