ProRes 422 (HQ) with Linear PCM Audio?

Hello all,

Have been tasked with exporting some projects for a digital sales group. They've requested the final deliverables to be in ProRes422 (HQ) with Linear PCM audio mix. In addition I'm providing uncompressed .WAV files (audio only). I've not had experience with the Linear PCM audio choices, but it was my understanding that Uncompressed audio attached to ProRes422 is in fact Linear PCM. I've been searching around on the web and can't seem to find anything that points me in the right direction.

Can anyone offer some input?

Thanks in advance!

That's correct - when people say "uncompressed" they are normally referring to Linear PCM.

My software:
Pro Maintenance Tools - Tools to keep Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro running smoothly and fix problems when they arise
Pro Media Tools - Edit QuickTime chapters and metadata, detect gamma shifts, edit markers, watch renders and more
More tools...

Yes, as Jon says, that's what they mean. Uncompressed will do the job.
