MC-6 upgrade but what about the other 32 bit apps?

Since the Avid package ships with MC 5.5 and a slew of other apps like Avid FX, Boris FX, Sorenson Squeeze and a few others, what happens when you upgrade to MC -6, 64 bit? Will the other 32 bit apps still work?
