Avid Resources

Hello peeps

Having been in a world of FCP & Xsan for many years I am now being thrust into to the wonders of Avid Symphony & ISIS 7000 blah blah etc. So my question is, where are the best sources to gen up on this stuff? Any MailLists like Apples? or the usual suspect post prod forums? I want to spend some time going through historical stuff and start to learn a thing or two...

I will start to cut at home with Symphony but I'm not an editor, I'll be environment supporting and developing workflows etc.
