"Reconnect Media" After Every Batch Capture...

Even with FCP 4.0.2 and all the latest (as of last night) patches in, every time I try to batch capture any number of previously logged (logged in 4.0, BTW) clips, I have to go through and Reconnect Media immediately afterward, otherwise they're still offline. Is this a bug I should already know a workaround for, or is it just my system?
