FCP5 MM wont trim unless there is media in sequnce

that's about it, really.

if i try ot use MM to delete unuesd from an offline sequnce, it wont work.

the resulting sequnce's clips are all the original length.

this bug was in FCP3.0, too

Darn, that would be useful when preparing to recapture offline in online formats.

While you're at it, Nick, does MM reach into nests to trim media? That worked in 4.x.-- short nested regions at least.
