XML import of anamorphic clips broken in FCP6.0.1?

Can anyone else confirm this. It might have also been broken in FCP6 but I no longer have that version.

XML files containing clips with the <anamorphic> flag set to TRUE are not imported by FCP6.0.1 correctly - the anamorphic flag remains unchecked after import.

A roundtrip by exporting an anamorphic clip out to XML and then back in, shows the issue nicely.

I'm not getting the problem roundtripping in 6.0.1. Do you want to send me a snippet of one of your busted ones and see what I get here?

An update on this. After some cross global collaboration with Jude, it seems that if the movie opens in QT Player as 16:9 then the export/import works as expected. If you take a movie that wasn't flagged as 16:9 when it was created (opens in QT Player as 4:3), then the export/import doesn't work properly.

This is definitely a change from previous versions where the anamorphic flag at the clip level always took priority. Have reported it to Apple.
