Multiple audio tracks appear on Insert/Overwrite?

Anyone else seeing this goofiness?

Load a clip into Viewer, set In and Out, target properly, and watch as every available track fills with audio below the edit!

Also getting other edit bizarre behavior, like video clip doubling up in the timeline.

These may be cosmetic but they look *bad.* Another reason to change that testing model! ;-)

Quad-core Intel, OSX 10.4/8, QT 7.1.6, FCS 2.

Not getting that here Loren. Time for a prefs trash? FCP 6.0.1 (but not seen on 6 either) 10.4.9 and 10.4.10, octocore macpro, QT 7.1.6.

No, not a prefs trash. Discovered in the Clip Settings pane of the L&C window that SDI input allows for up to 16 channels-- and the setting is on for all 16 BY DEFAULT.

Not a bug after all, but not right either. So if anyone encounters all available tracks (up to 16) filling with dummy audio, that is probably why.
