Bug Found: Consistency in Marker Copy-Dragging

If you have a series of MARKERS twirled out under a clip in a bin and copy it to another bin with COMMAND+DRAG, the behavior is unexpected--sometimes it copies normally (as a new clip), other times it MOVES the marker, deleting it from the original location.

The workaround is to never DRAG+copy, but rather to just COPY/PASTE markers.
