more info on disk errors

I am using sony disks. If I use Idvd and burn a quick time movie to dvd everythiing works fine and the dvd plays on my player. If I use compression and I havve tried setting DVD best 120 4:3 and dvd fastest 90 4:3 to compress my fcp sequence. I then have the assets go into DVD pro. I set up a simple menu and 1 drop zone picture. I link 1 button to sound and video and burn the dvd sucessfully. I still get a 13:60 disk is dirty error message when I try to play it. It runs fine on the dvd with my power mac
