DVD@ccess works in 10.3 but not in 10.4

I've Posted this elsewhere with no luck so far. Hopefully one of you all know whats wrong and how to fix it.

I created a DVD in DVDSP3 with DVD@ccess menus. The weblinks work in both OS 10.3 and 10.4 but when trying to link to file on disc it only works in OS 10.3. Is there a compatablity issue with DVDSP3 and OS 10.4? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? Am I the only one to author in DVDSP3 and take to 10.4? If this sounds aggressive, its not suppose to be I'm stumped on this one. I'd really appreciate any help at all.
