Good, Porn Free Replicator?

Hi all -

Am in the process of doing a major kid friendly release. Found a replicator in LA that could do the DVDs for about 50cents per disc - BUT after further investigation, discovered their main business is porn - they have no website - and reportedly they're not paying Phillips. Also allegations of pirating, etc. (Yeah, I know, you can make up anything on the internet)

I'm in Portland, Oregon and fear the ramifications (sounds shady) and the association should someone discover we're getting this kid friendly disc done by a major porn replicator. (seriously, this is real post - no joke)

In this day and age of anything goes, I'd prefer to not use a replicator of porn - and love to keep the replication in the U.S. Would prefer to work with a more family friendly company.
Any suggestions?

Cheers

Paul

Paul - I use Sonopress regularly and they are worldwide. The service is second to none, IMO and they have a base in the US. Of course, they are a top line outfit and costs are likely to be a bit higher, but ultimately you will find no damage to your reputation from either flawed discs or dubious business practices!

There are tons of replicators 'out there'... some better than others. Do a google search and see just how many turn up. Have a look at www.dvdlabs.com and see what they can do for you.

Hi Hal - I'll look into those two. I know the porn industry is pretty large in Southern Cal and since I'm in Portland, OR, ideally I'd like to use someone more local. I'm in the process of culling through those operations in PDX - I certainly will look into your suggestions too!

Thanks

paul
