Compressor error message

I can't seem to get the latest version of compressor to work in my comp. I keep getting the following error message when I click submit: Cannot submit batch. Unable to connect to background process. What gives?

Something about mising the proper Apple Pro Apps application update, I think?!

Do you also have 'None Available' at the Cluster direction? Has it maybe anything to do with it....?
