Stereo audio

While trying to creating a DVD archive of our daily stories I encountered a problem when bringing it into DVD StudioPro. From FCP I've taken the sequence and made it into a movie file and sent that to the external hard drive. When I open up that file and view it, the video and both channels of audio are fine (stereo L, R). However, when I import that file as an asset and drag it into a story slot there is only one channel of audio. Does anyone know why? I've gone through the "preferences" in the DVD Studio Pro, but cannot find any adjustments that need to be made. Thanks in advance.

Your best bet for getting everything "cleanly" into DVD SP; is to first use Compressor before starting up DVD SP. Use Compressor to output MPEG-2 video and AC3 (Dolby) audio files.

Then you're sure you have both channels of audio.
