Copy Protection without replication

Is there any way to copy protect a SD DVD without sending out to a replication facility.

I have a DVD that I only want to make a couple dozen copies of, by I would like it copy protected.

No, there is not. And even if you did, that copy protection has been broken and is essentially worthless.
