HD DVD Burner Service in LA??

Is there a reliable service in the LA/Orange county area that can burn my FCP uncompressed & edited HD video to a HD DVD or even Blue Ray Disc, I don't have huge quantities but I'd like to get anywhere from 10-100 units made. Who can I go to?
