remote will not toggle on chapter index

I authored a DVD in Studio Pro and it was fine in the simulator but when I tested it on the set top box the remote would not toggle to them. Any suggestions?

Hi Kathy,

Are the normal and selected states of the buttons different enough to see on the TV? It's easy to forget to design for navigation without a mouse.
